2026 Taipei International Beef Noodle Festival

“King of Taiwan: Nationwide Battle for the Taiwan Beef Noodle Champion”

Selected Restaurant List for the Freshly Prepared Category in the Northern and Southern Regional Preliminary Rounds Is Here!

Thank you to all restaurant owners and operators for their enthusiastic participation in the 2026 Taipei International Beef Noodle Festival “King of Taiwan: Nationwide Battle for the Taiwan Beef Noodle Champion.” This year, the Freshly Prepared Category competition has been expanded to include preliminary rounds in both Northern and Southern Taiwan. With strong support and enthusiastic registration from restaurant owners across Taiwan, a total of 112 restaurants applied. Based on the eligibility requirements for beef noodle restaurant applicants set forth in this year’s event guidelines, 104 entries were confirmed as eligible (see attachment). The list of participating brands in the Prepared Meal Pack Category will be announced together with the final round roster. The event task force will contact each participating restaurant afterward, and if you have any questions, please feel free to inquire at any time.

Members of the public interested in the 2026 Taipei International Beef Noodle Festival are warmly invited to gather with family and friends and come watch the exciting three-day finals from October 9 to 11. Visitors can also stroll through the carnival market, savor richly flavorful beef noodle dishes, and enjoy many special offers and fun activities. Come to the Promenade Plaza at Taipei Expo Park in Yuanshan during the event period to enjoy delicious beef noodles.
