Thank you to all restaurant owners and operators for their enthusiastic participation in the 2026 Taipei International Beef Noodle Festival “King of Taiwan: Nationwide Battle for the Taiwan Beef Noodle Champion.” With strong support from participating businesses, a total of 58 brands registered for the Prepared Meal Pack Category. Based on the eligibility requirements for beef noodle businesses set forth in this year’s event guidelines, 55 entries were confirmed as eligible (see attachment). The event task force will contact each participating business afterward, and if you have any questions, please feel free to inquire at any time.

Members of the public interested in the 2026 Taipei International Beef Noodle Festival are warmly invited to gather with family and friends and come enjoy the exciting three-day grand finals from October 9 to 11. Visitors can also stroll through the carnival market, savor richly flavorful beef noodles, and enjoy many special offers and fun activities. During the event, come to the Promenade Plaza at Yuanshan Expo Park in Taipei to enjoy delicious beef noodle dishes.
