2026 Taipei International Beef Noodle Festival

Highlights:

1.Special Guest:

Renowned Korean celebrity chef Jung Ji-sun from Culinary Class Wars will serve as the festival’s goodwill ambassador.

2.Major Announcement:

A major new competition format will be unveiled on site. For the first time, this year’s event will expand to include regional preliminary rounds in Northern and Southern Taiwan, and the Freshly Prepared Category will offer a total prize pool of up to NT$200,000.

3.On-Site Showcase:

More than 60 award-winning restaurants from previous years will be invited to present their signature, house-famous beef noodle dishes on site.
